NFC Google Review Cards for RestaurantsCatch the bad night before it becomes a 1-star review.
A smart NFC card on the table asks one question while the meal is still fresh. Guests who loved it are invited directly to Google Reviews. Guests who did not reach you privately, before they walk out the door.

Why thousands of tables choose Tap4Review
Revenue increase per star
Rigorous empirical research proves that a single one-star increase directly drives a 5 to 9 percent rise in restaurant revenue.
Michael Luca, Harvard Business School
Zero friction for guests
No downloading an app. No signing into an account. No typing a long URL. One simple NFC tap opens your direct rating page instantly.
Real-time private alert
Ratings of 3 stars or lower alert you by email within 60 seconds, so your manager can address the table while the guest is still inside.
What guests see
One question, two honest ways out
The star rating changes which button we suggest first, but both options always remain accessible. We comply 100% with Google's anti-gating policies.
What the guest actually sees
The rating decides which option we put first. It never decides which options exist.
Five stars
We ask for the review while they still mean it
A guest who taps five stars gets a thank you and a Google button. They are already holding the phone, so the ask lands in the moment instead of in an email three days later.
- Opens the Google write-review box directly, not the listing page
- Private feedback stays available in the same two taps
- The click is recorded, so you can see how many actually followed through

Thank you
We are glad you enjoyed it. Would you share that in a quick Google review?
Both options provided to all guests
How it works
Three steps, and only one of them is yours
- 01
They tap or scan
The guest holds a phone near the card, or scans the printed QR code. Your branded review page opens immediately with zero app downloads.
- 02
They rate in one tap
Touching a star is the submission. There is no second screen to lose guests on, and zero passwords to create.
- 03
You get the useful half
Google clicks show up in your analytics dashboard. Low ratings show up in your inbox fast enough to resolve them on the spot.
The dashboard
The Owner Dashboard: Track Verified Google Review Clicks and Table Analytics
Ratings over time, your rating distribution, exact Google click-through counts, and every private guest note tagged by table number.

Honest numbers
We count real clicks through to Google, not inflated estimates. Every metric in your dashboard is verified.
A feedback inbox, not a wall
Every private note moves from new, to in progress, to resolved, turning complaints into actionable tasks.
Per-card attribution
Each card has its own ID code, so you can see if Table 7, Patio 3, or the pickup counter had an off shift.
The hardware
Commercial Hardware Specifications: Pre-Locked NFC Chips & High-Contrast QR
Every phone supported
High-speed NFC for modern iPhones and Androids, plus a high-contrast printed QR code on each card for older handsets.
No power, no WiFi
Zero battery, zero pairing, and zero charging. The card draws micro-power from the guest phone during tap.
Locked before shipping
Every NFC chip is hardware write-protected so nobody can rewrite your table card to point anywhere else.
Repointable anytime
Change your Google link or rename a table right from your dashboard. The card never requires re-programming.

Our commitment
We are new, so here is the straight version
We do not publish fabricated customer quotes. What we can tell you is exactly what the product does, because every statistic in your dashboard is one we measured directly: NFC taps, star ratings, clicks through to Google, and private notes received.
We cannot promise you instant five-star ratings. Nobody can, and any vendor claiming they can is either misleading you or violating Google policy. What a smart card on the table does is ask every guest while the positive memory is fresh, and ensure you hear about bad meals before they become public reviews.
If it does not prove its value in your first 30 days, cancel anytime with a single click.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know
Gating means only showing the review link to people you expect to say something nice. We do not do that. Every guest gets the same two options at the same size and the same number of taps, whatever they rated. The star rating changes which one we suggest first, and nothing else. We also record which options were shown on every single rating, so if Google or a regulator ever asks, the answer is a log rather than a promise.
No, and any supplier who says otherwise is selling you a problem. A guest can always go to Google directly, and we never hide that. What changes is timing: you hear about the cold soup by email within the minute, while the guest may still be in the building, instead of reading about it on Maps on Thursday.
You can, and for a single tag it works. What you do not get is the ask that comes before the link, the private route for the guest who had a bad night, per-table attribution, alerts, or any record of how many people actually followed through. You also get a tag anyone can rewrite with a phone. Ours ship locked.
Every card carries a printed QR code as well. It opens exactly the same page. Nothing about the flow assumes a recent handset, and there is no app to install either way.
We look your business up on Google, pull the address and the correct write-review link, and generate your cards. The link is derived from your Google Place ID rather than typed, which removes the most common setup mistake: sending guests to your listing page instead of the review box.
Ratings of three stars or below email you within about a minute, with the comment and the table it came from. Four and five star ratings roll into one daily summary at 9am in your own time zone, and the summary is skipped entirely on days with nothing to report. Email only at the moment. We are not charging you for SMS.
